We envision a world in which youth enter adulthood as engaged global citizens who act on their abilities to be effective, educated changemakers. Our purpose is to support Allow Good through three pillars:  fundraising for Allow Good programs, engaging with Allow Good students and potential participants, and educating partners and donors about Allow Good’s mission.

Erica graduated from Lehigh University where she earned a degree in African Studies and a minor in Business. Her passions lie in international development and equal education, and she believes that empowering youth and women is the most effective way to spark social change. Erica was awarded highest honors for her research on post-development practice, an asset-based approach to community development, and hopes to pursue that work in graduate school. During college, she founded Lehigh’s chapter of Student Athletes Leading Social Change, an organization dedicated to funding new schools for communities across the globe, and the group’s trip to Kenya bolstered her aspirations to begin a career in philanthropy. She was also heavily involved with Student Athlete Executive Council and LU’s Leadership Academy which contributed to her interest in leadership development for young adults. She played basketball in college and overseas, and she stays connected to the sport as a member of a semi-professional team and as a youth coach.
